01 — About

Not powering through.
Regulating together.

We wanted to redefine postnatal fitness by shifting the focus from "powering through" to "regulating together." A safe, integrated space where movement settles the nervous system, babies and toddlers are welcomed into the flow, and local mothers have the opportunity to build a genuine, unfiltered village.

02 — Classes

Ninety minutes,
split in two.

Part 1 — 45 min

Move, don't melt.

Exercise designed to help you feel supported and build stability. Babies and toddlers are part of the workout, not distractions. We use their weight, their noises, and their needs to guide our routines.

Part 2 — 45 min

Coffee & catch-ups.

Little ones roam and play, while we attempt to finish a full cup of coffee and at least three full sentences before being interrupted.

Thursdays at Northfields Community Centre.
